A PhotoFilm from Sammi & Liam’s Beautiful Autumnal Holmes Mill Wedding
I’ve loved putting together this PhotoFilm from Liam and Sammi’s lovely Holmes Mill Wedding. My PhotoFilms tend to be a little different to the average photography slideshow. They contain all of the photographs from a wedding day in black and white.
Putting them together in this way creates a fast-paced reminder of the emotions and moments from the wedding day.
I feel they really bring my documentary photography style to life.
I include a PhotoFilm in every wedding gallery that I deliver to my couples, along with all of the photographs edited in black and white as well as colour.
Planning a Wedding at Holmes Mill in Lancashire
Holmes Mill Wedding Venue is one like no other! The re-imagined old mill defines rustic charm, with the added convenience of an on-site hotel with 39 bedrooms.
The venue can act as a canvas for all kinds of creative wedding plans.
Holmes Mill is licensed for civil ceremonies in the lovely spacious cotton room, complete with old cinema seating and room for up to 150 guests (who even has that many friends?).
I can also attest that the food is absolutely scrumptious… That’s a technical term!
One of my favourite things about Holmes mill is the ‘vibe’. That’s also a very technical term, I know, but they seem to strike a perfect balance of old and new. The building has retained a very industrial feel whilst having all of the perks of a recently restored venue.
Documentary Wedding Photography in Lancashire
I bang on about it loads, but that is only because I’m proud to be a documentary wedding photographer.
This means my work is more about storytelling than posing, about enjoying your day rather than grinning unnaturally for staged photos.
For me, Documentary Wedding Photography is the best way to remember the feeling and emotions from your wedding day. You can read more about why my documentary style might work for you on the rest of my website… So stick around and have a nosey! If you like what you see, send me a message.
