Pricing Guide

PAUL WARING

Welcome

Firstly, thank you for getting in touch and for considering me to photograph your wedding. It genuinely means a lot.

Choosing a photographer is quite a personal decision. You’re trusting someone to be around the people closest to you, notice the things that matter and document it all without getting in the way. Having photographed more than 350 weddings, I know when to offer a little guidance, when to step back, and how to keep things feeling easy throughout.

This guide will take you through the different ways I can photograph your wedding, from the coverage included as standard to film, albums and a few other options you might want to add.

More than anything, I want the photography to fit around your wedding, rather than your wedding having to fit around the photography.

Have a read, have a think. When you're ready, there's a link at the bottom of the page to schedule a call. Here, we can talk more about your wedding plans and ensure everything aligns from a photography perspective.

Yours, Paul.

"Where can we even start?!

Paul didn’t just capture our day but he slotted in perfectly!

He made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease that even the family shots don’t look “posey”.

Myself and my now husband are all about going with the flow and making each other laugh and the pictures Paul caught don’t just show the story of our day but the story of our relationship! "

Elizabeth & Jordan

a bespoke experience

Every wedding begins with The Collection, giving you everything you need for your photography from the outset. From there, you can add the things that matter to you, whether that’s 35mm film, a second photographer, more time or something a little different.

No two weddings need quite the same thing, so keeping things flexible means you can shape the coverage around your plans, rather than choosing from a long list of packages.

The Collection

£2500

What's included;

  • 1 photographer (always Paul Waring)
  • As much correspondence as you need during your planning
  • Up to 10 hours of wedding photography, tailored around your plans (usually from bridal prep, through to around an hour after the first dance)
  • Drone Photography (subject to weather/local restrictions)
  • At least 400+ high resolution images
  • Artists Highlights (your first 50 photographs), delivered within 48 hours
  • Exclusive online gallery delivered in 6 weeks

35mm film photography

There’s something about 35mm film! The softer tones, natural grain and occasional imperfections give photographs a character that’s difficult to recreate digitally.

I'm also a sucker for some nostalgia!

Woven naturally throughout your wedding, film adds another layer to the finished gallery, sitting alongside the clean, refined quality of digital photography. It works particularly beautifully for the in-between moments, portraits and little details, creating images that feel timeless without looking dated.

It’s not about choosing film over digital. It’s about having the best of both, and a gallery with a little more texture, variety and personality.

Film is developed and scanned by Come Through Lab, in Manchester.

Approximately 5 rolls of film, alongside your digital collection - £500
